Home WooCommerce Categories
Categories
Product categories group your products so customers can browse the shop by type, such as clothing, gift cards or spare parts. A product can sit in more than one category, and categories can have parent and child levels.

Category names often appear in shop menus and page addresses, so use plain names your customers would search for. Changing a category’s slug changes its web address, which can break links you have already shared or printed.
Before you finish
- Visit the shop as a customer and click through each category to confirm the right products appear.
