Add New Page
Pages hold content that stays put, such as About, Services or Contact. Add one when your business needs a new permanent part of the site. A dated news item belongs in a post instead.

On most sites a new page doesn’t appear in the menu by itself, so plan where people will find it. Check the web address WordPress makes from the title before you publish, since changing it later can break links.
Before you finish
- Open the published page from the front of the site to confirm it loads.
- Add it to the menu if visitors need to reach it from every page.
