Comments
Comments let visitors respond to your posts. WordPress gathers them on the Comments screen, where you can approve, reply to, mark as spam or trash each one.

Most business sites get far more spam than real comments. If comments aren’t useful to you, they can be turned off. If you keep them, check the screen often so genuine questions get a reply. Approved comments appear publicly with whatever name the person entered.
