Add A Page To A Menu
Menus control the links in your site’s navigation. Adding a page to the menu is how a new page becomes reachable from the header, which is how most visitors find their way around.

Where you do this depends on your theme. Some themes use the Menus screen under Appearance, and block themes edit navigation in the Site Editor. The menu label can be shorter than the full page title, and short labels fit better.
