Video Block
The Video block plays a video file uploaded to your own website. It has settings for autoplay, looping, muting and a poster image shown before the video starts.

Video files are large, so they use hosting space and can load slowly for visitors. For most business sites a video on YouTube or Vimeo, added with an embed, is the lighter choice. The Video block suits short clips you need to keep on your own site.
